3D TIMON-SUPER-THIN - Superthin LCP Analysis Module
3D TIMON-SUPER-Thin is an option module dedicated for 0.5mm-thick or less superthin molded components such as connectors. 3D TIMON-SUPER-Thin can provide high performance flow and warpage analysis of a superthin molded part that presents anisotropic shrinkage with the application of actual measurement data of shrinkage anisotropy using a test specimen.
SUPER-THIN is capable of improving the mesh accuracy of thin parts by function enhancement of the meshing program provided with Preprocessor, and is equipped with a dedicated material database manager.
